What You’ll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media in a friendly, professional manner

Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers as needed

Manage and update digital platforms, including social media pages and online listings

Assist with online marketing efforts such as promotions, reviews, and basic content creation

Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain a positive brand image

Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth customer experiences

Maintain accurate customer records and service details
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using social media, email, and basic digital marketing tools

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (CRM systems a plus)

Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles preferred
